Recipe: Vegetarian adobo (Filipino traditional food)

Ingredients:

2 or 3 cloves of garlic

1 onion
2 pieces of eggplant
A pack of of tofu
One cup of soy sauce
One-n-half cup of vinegar


Directions:


Cut all ingredients
Heat the pan and put some olive oil or any kinds of oil
Stir the garlic and onion
Afterwards, put the eggplant and tofu
Mix them and put the soy sauce
Leave it for 5-6 minutes
Then pour the vinegar, and wait until you smell the dish's aroma.
