RECIPE: The Ultimate Green Juice (It's Full Of Goodness!)

Green juices are a great way to get those vital nutrients. Drinking a juice means the nutrients will be easily absorbed by your body. (A nice way to give your digestive system a break!) And the green color is important because it's a sign that the juice is full of chlorophyll, which transports oxygen to our cells.

All you need to make these drinks at home is a juicer. (No need to make a huge investment; you can start with a basic machine.) This recipe is full of goodness and a great way to get started.

Ultimate Green Juice

Serves 1


A few celery stalks
1 broccoli trunk
1 green apple
1 bunch of parsley
1/2 cucumber
Some romaine lettuce
A few stalks of kale


Put all the ingredients in your juicer.
Drink fresh and enjoy!
