Aniccā vata saṅkhārā,
uppādavayadhammino.
Uppajjitvā nirujjhanti,
tesaṃ vūpasamo sukho.

by nature arising and passing away.
If they arise and are extinguished,
their eradication brings happiness.
Dīgha Nikāya 2.221
