Patricia Cota-Robles: Let’s Take Advantage of This Very Powerful Time

      As we move through this first year of the New Earth at warp speed, we are being presented with amazing opportunities to add to the Light of the world. The Earth is deeply affected by the movements and alignments of all of the Celestial Bodies surrounding this planet. During the Shift of the Ages that was God Victoriously accomplished on December 21-22, 2012, the Earth reclaimed her rightful place in our Solar System and Ascended out of our long exile in separation and duality. Now the influx of Light that bathes the Earth through various Celestial events is being amplified beyond anything we have ever experienced.

 At the present time, all Life on this planet is still being influenced by the powerful Full Moon we experienced on September 19th. This was the fourth Full Moon of the season which is very rare and empowers to a greater degree all of the Full Moons that occurred during that season. In addition to that tremendous influx of Light, we are also being held in the embrace of the first Autumn or Spring Equinox of the New Earth, depending on which hemisphere you live in. This event occurred on September 22nd, and opened a portal of unprecedented Healing and Divine Love that is now flowing in, through, and around every particle and wave of Life on Earth.

 Both of these events will be exponentially expanded on September 29th, the day celebrated in the outer-world as Archangel Michael’s Feast Day. On this powerful day Archangel Michael and his Legions of Power and Protection will assist the I AM Presence of every person on Earth to envelope each one in an invincible forcefield of protection that will prevent the upcoming influxes of Light from creating excess stress on our physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies. This forcefield of protection will also be expanded for Mother Earth and the Elemental Kingdom.

 The Company of Heaven is now asking Lightworkers around the world to be the Open Door for the influx of Light that will activate the patterns of perfection for the New Earth, and open to full breadth the portal through which our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love will flow into the mental and emotional strata of Earth. The success of this vitally important facet of the unfolding Divine Plan will make the Renaissance of Divine Love a tangible reality far more quickly than outer appearances seem to indicate.

 Please take the following information into the deepest recesses of your heart and respond to this opportunity to add to the Light of the world according to your Heart’s Call. The timing for this event has been unfolding for centuries, but it was only possible with the success of the Shift of the Ages.

 The activation for the patterns of perfection for the New Earth and the opening of the portal for our newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love will be accomplished through the unified efforts of the entire Company of Heaven and Lightworkers around the world who respond to their Heart’s Call. The portal that will be opened to full breadth is located in the same area through which the initial impulse and the tangible manifestation of the first Renaissance occurred over 500 years ago. This portal pulsates above Italy and envelopes the entire country.

 The Divine Plan

 This is truly a Global event and your Light is needed NOW. You can add your magnificent Light to this critical facet of the Divine Plan from wherever you are on the planet. There are approximately 100 Lightworkers from around the world who have volunteered to travel to Italy for a Sacred Pilgrimage that will take place October 5th - 17th, 2013. This Pilgrimage will begin in Rome and conclude in Venice, Italy. During this activity of Light, the Lightworkers physically present on the Pilgrimage in Italy will unify their Heart Flames and form a mighty transformer through which the Light of God from the Company of Heaven and the Light from the Lightworkers around the world who are joining in consciousness, will flow to accomplish this facet of the Divine Plan.

 It is vital that this phase of the Divine Plan be victoriously accomplished prior to the unprecedented influx of Light that will bathe our planet and ALL Life evolving upon her during the upcoming Eclipses. The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse will take place on October 18, 2013, and the New Moon Solar Eclipse will take place on November 3, 2013. This time frame will align with the 10th anniversary of Harmonic Concordance which took place during the powerful Lunar and Solar Eclipses in November 2003.

 Harmonic Concordance was a Cosmic Moment during which Humanity reached a critical mass of Divine Love, thus creating an unstoppable shift of energy, vibration, and consciousness. This shift into 5th-Dimensional frequencies of Divine Love allowed the Feminine Polarity of our Mother God, the Holy Spirit, to return to Earth and to secure her luminous Presence within every person’s Heart Flame. This was something the masses of Humanity had not experienced on a collective level since our fall from Grace aeons ago. The rare Celestial alignments that occurred during Harmonic Concordance in November 2003, catapulted Humanity forward in the Light. This event which involved both the Company of Heaven and Lightworkers around the world, was instrumental in Earth’s God Victorious Ascent up the Spiral of Evolution during the Shift of the Age.

 Now we are being presented with an even greater opportunity to move this sweet Earth and all her Life forward in the Light. ONCE THE PORTAL OVER ITALY IS OPENED TO FULL BREADTH, WHICH WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED OCTOBER 5-17, 2013, THE PATTERNS FOR OUR NEWLY BIRTHED RENAISSANCE OF DIVINE LOVE WILL FLOW INTO EVERY ATOMIC AND SUBATOMIC PARTICLE AND WAVE OF LIFE ON EARTH. THIS UNPRECEDENTED INFLUX OF DIVINE LOVE WILL CLEAR THE WAY FOR THE MONUMENTAL 5TH-DIMENSIONAL CRYSTALLINE SOLAR FREQUENCIES OF LIGHT THAT WILL POUR INTO THE EARTH DURING THE UPCOMING ECLIPSES.

 What will this influx of Light mean for Humanity and the Earth? The Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have revealed that during the two weeks that the Earth will be held in the embrace of the upcoming Eclipses, Humanity’s I AM Presence will be able to release the residue of the obsolete concepts of separation and duality which are still blocking us from experiencing the patterns of Divine Love, Oneness, and Reverence for ALL Life that are associated with the New Earth and our Renaissance of Divine Love. This release will create the sacred space for Humanity to move forward a quantum leap in tangibly manifesting our Planetary CAUSE of Divine Love and our Renaissance of Divine Love.

 In order for us to comprehend just what opening the Renaissance of Divine Love portal in Italy will mean for all of us, the Company of Heaven asked us to review the quantum shift of consciousness that took place during the first Renaissance.

 The first Renaissance originated a little over 500 years ago in Florence, Italy. It was part of a master plan to accelerate the return of the Love Nature of our Mother God, the Divine Feminine, which we have always known as the Holy Spirit. The Divine Intent of the first Renaissance was to awaken Humanity’s creative right-brain hemispheres which had been almost dormant since our fall from Grace aeons ago.

 In the middle of the 14th century we were living in the Dark Ages and our affinity for culture and the arts was practically nonexistent. In order to stimulate our creative right brains, the Company of Heaven projected the wisdom of the arts into the mental and emotional stratum of Earth. As this sacred knowledge filtered into Humanity’s hearts and conscious minds, art, music, dance, literature, and every other creative facet of the Renaissance elevated people into a level of culture and civility that we had not experienced since our fall from Grace.

 The movement in Italy spread throughout Europe, signaling the end of the Dark Ages and the beginning of modern history. The Renaissance inspired civil liberty and a new internal order of culture and political development. It was the beginning of Humanity’s awakening and a crucial stage in the process of liberating the human mind from our fear-based, fragmented human ego’s paralyzing grip of fear and misinformation. In the midst of unrivaled, barbaric darkness, the Renaissance birthed a civilization of a Higher Order.

 As our right-brain hemispheres were stimulated with new levels of creativity, more of the Love of our Mother God was able to flow into our lives. The first Renaissance became a time of enlightenment and played a critical part in liberating the human mind. Individualism and self-empowerment rose up in the hearts of Humanity, and people pulled away from the oppressive control of the Church. The Renaissance person did not abandon his or her beliefs, but rather adopted new attitudes. Rigidly dogmatic concepts were challenged and cast aside. This marked a momentous turning point in history. There was a resurgence of the Human Spirit that made possible all of the great achievements of modern Humanity. It initiated an atmosphere that was favorable to new ideas, innovative accomplishments, and creative enterprises in every human endeavor. The most amazing part of all of that is the fact that this transformation was accomplished in the middle of the Dark Ages during a time when our human egos were totally manipulating our hearts and minds, a time when Humanity was truly asleep.

 Now everything has changed. Even though there are still people on this planet acting as though they live in the Dark Ages, the vast majority of Humanity does not. During the past 27 years, miraculous Activities of Light have been successfully accomplished by Lightworkers around the world and unprecedented Divine Intervention has taken place. As a result, Humanity is in the midst of the greatest shift of consciousness that has ever occurred in any system of worlds.

 Every man, woman, and child and every particle of Life on Earth have victoriously Ascended up the 5th-Dimensional Spiral of Evolution, thus birthing the New Earth. Now millions of people on this planet are fully Awake. These precious souls are deliberately participating in the process of cocreating the patterns of perfection for the New Earth, our Planetary CAUSE of Divine Love, and a Renaissance of Divine Love that will transform this planet into Heaven on Earth, which is her Divine Destiny.

 Imagine what miracles we will cocreate in the Awakened state of consciousness Humanity is now experiencing, when the portal for newly birthed Renaissance of Divine Love is opened to full breadth and those patterns of Divine Love begin to tangibly manifest on Earth. The Beings of Light said it is impossible for Humanity to fathom what we will experience when our New Renaissance of Divine Love is physically manifest on this planet, but they said it will be GLORIOUS beyond our wildest imagination.

Recipe: Autumn Pizza With Roasted Sweet Potatoes, Kale & Mozzarella

This pizza hits all the high notes of fall cooking, with very little hassle. Savory sweet potatoes, caramelized red onions, crispy kale and creamy mozzarella all combine to make a seasonal, bright and balanced pizza. With little more than good-quality olive oil and some fresh garlic, the ingredients really shine.

You can make your own pizza crust (gluten free or otherwise), or look for store-bought varieties in your supermarket. Whole wheat or regular both work beautifully. Consider roasting up all the toppings and setting them out along with individual portions of pizza dough, to cook either in the oven or on the grill, for a fun and personalized dinner party dish. For vegan diners, just omit the mozzarella and replace it with some vegan cheese, sliced avocado (post-oven) or nothing at all — still delicious!

(Serves 2-3 as a main course)

Ingredients:

• 1 batch of your favorite pizza dough
• 1 sweet potato, skin on, sliced as thinly as you can
• 1/2 red onion, sliced thinly
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 & 1/2 cups kale, ribs removed, chopped
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• kosher salt and pepper to taste
• 1 medium-size ball of fresh mozzarella, torn up into pieces
• Chopped fresh herbs (try basil, parsley, chives, thyme) and extra virgin olive oil to serve

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. On separate baking sheets, toss the sweet potatoes with the garlic, then the red onion, and the kale, with a tablespoon of olive oil and a bit of salt and pepper. Roast them in the oven individually until the sweet potatoes are tender, the onion has caramelized, and the kale has crisped up. Remove them from the oven, and transfer to bowls.

Crank up your oven to 500 (make sure its clean or it'll smoke like hell!). On a baking sheet (or a pizza stone if you have one), drizzle some olive oil, and stretch out your pizza dough in any shape you like. Top with the sweet potatoes, onions, kale, and torn up mozzarella if using. Drizzle everything with a bit more olive oil, and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the pizza crust is golden brown and cooked through, and the cheese has melted.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a cutting board or large plate. Sprinkle over some chopped herbs, slice however you like, and enjoy!

Instructions:
Two meditations are featured in this Global Sadhana, each using the sacred mantra "Ang Sang Waheguru", and one being a wonderful option to do as a couples meditation or simply with a meditation partner.

For Single Practitioners:
Sit in easy pose with the finger tips of both hands lightly touching your heart center. Then chant the mantra while raising your right arm 60 degrees and back to the heart, then do the same with the left arm. Alternate between both arms. Eyes are closed. To end raise both arms, inhale, hold the breath, stretch out from your heart, exhale and relax.

Focus on your heart center and the sense of gratitude (The arm movement is like sharing flowers from your heart. ) You are grateful to all the people in your life, you are grateful for yourself and all the things you have done and are doing.You are merging heaven and earth, you allow the infinite spirit to touch you , opening yourself into the divine flow of creativity from within your center.

For couples and partners:
Sit comfortably facing your partner. Hold each other's right hand. Place your left hadn on your partner's heart center. Look deeply into each other's eyes. Connect to the light in each other. Chant Ang Sang Wahe Guru together. Continue for 11 minutes. To end, inhale deeply. Hold the breath. Close your eyes and recognize that your partner represents the entire universe.

Pamela Kribbe: Levels of Connection with Your Soul: A Message from Jeshua

Dear friends, I am Jeshua and I greet you from my heart. We are here together, and by that I mean there is a merging of energies that takes place while we sit here. Imagine that the highest and most beautiful aspect of you recognizes itself in one another and increases many-fold because of that recognition. You often see in others their beauty, their inner riches, their refinement much more clearly and fully than seeing those qualities in yourself. By observing and being conscious of the other, you give that person faith and trust in themselves.

Now give this recognition to one another. Let it flow, let it happen, let your soul be touched by it. Whenever your soul is touched, it descends more fully onto Earth. When you are moved inwardly in a moment of recognition, inspiration, and emotion, your soul descends more fully into your body, because it feels more welcome and at home on Earth. An interplay happens between you and your soul.

Who are "you" then relative to your soul? I ask that question because that relationship is usually not clearly understood. Some of you conceive of the soul as something outside yourself – far away and above you. You then feel like an insignificant being who wants all kinds of things, and you experience your soul as being a power outside yourself that might – on occasion – intervene on your behalf, but you also feel you are more or less at your soul's mercy.

But you are not outside your soul and your soul is not outside you. The soul – your soul – is within you, here in this place, as well as everywhere you go – you are part of your soul. And although your soul is also a part of you, "you" are not your entire soul, "you" are not equivalent to your soul. There is a part of your soul incarnated in you; it lives and moves in you. But there is also a part that does not quite "fit in" here, so to speak; a part that remains behind. Or you could express that concept, from an earthly point of view, as a part that is too vast to be contained in an earthly body and personality.

So there is an interplay between you and your soul, while at the same time you are one and the same. You are of the same essence and not separate from each other. The interplay between you and your soul is about how much of your soul energy you will admit into your life on Earth. Is it an occasional spark of inspiration, getting a taste of an expanded consciousness? Or do you allow the soul to penetrate more deeply and fully, and give shape to your earthly existence in a radical and immediate way?

That is the process in which you now find yourselves: going ever deeper; this process of merging with your soul by way of a complete surrender to the flow of your soul. And you will be forced to do so by none other than you. It is a choice you make: to allow yourself to act upon what your soul urges you to do or be. And when do you decide to do this? You make that decision at the moment you realize it is absolutely necessary to do so; that this is the only way possible for you.

Usually it is preceded by a period of time in which you hardly listened to the voice of your soul. You tried to do it on your own, from your head, from prevailing ideas that came to you from without: from external pressure and fear. There were many reasons why you did not listen to your soul, which caused you to become alienated from that voice – so it became a stranger to you.

That is what most of you have come to associate with being human on Earth; that you have become alienated from your roots, your cosmic origin, your soul. Then the process of incarnation becomes a very stressful, painful process. To descend into a body then means saying goodbye to who you are, your origin – essentially leaving your Home. That is a near impossible task, and then it is only natural that you will yearn for Home and want to get away from the world where you do not feel at Home.

There is a unique path on Earth for everyone, but everyone will experience being cut off for a long time from the voice of their soul. Until you realize: "I can't go on like this any longer; I’m totally stuck. When I live only from my head, from fear alone, from what 'should be' and 'must be', I feel dead inside." Only when you begin to experience this dilemma very intensely will you be open to a different voice, a reminder of who you really are. So then, at a certain level, you have to give in to our soul’s urges.

The art of doing this is to open yourself to the new and release old notions of security, and that is often very difficult for human beings. You associate doing this with giving up, with being at the end of your rope, and with feelings of disappointment, bitterness and depression. But you can also see such a moment of ultimate despair, of no longer being able to continue in the old way, as if a door is set ajar to a new possibility. You can now take advantage of such an inner crisis to push through that door to another reality.

This push requires inner strength, because just at this moment of utter discouragement, you are being prompted to turn around and to rely on something new that you do not yet know, something of which you still have no knowledge. It is like having a mess on the floor before you, and behind you there is a door, slightly ajar, from which a beam of Light shines through. If you remain sitting with your back to the door and you stare at the mess, it causes more feelings of gloom, despair, and hopelessness. How can you then gain the certainty that this door behind you can give you the possibility of something different, something fresh? That certainty, that the doorcan open, begins to be felt when you make a connection with your soul.

You can live through pain and despair in life in two very different ways. One way is for you to be totally absorbed by it, and that means that all your energy, all that is conscious in you, is carried on the waves of fear, bitterness, even hatred. Your thinking becomes colored by it, so your emotions and your body will be also affected by it in the long term. But there is another way, a counterforce. You can, at those times, become aware of what is happening within you, and so pull back from the downward current.

There is something within you that observes it closely, without judgment, from a consciousness that is greater than your earthly will, your earthly ideas, your upbringing, your fears, and everything old you know from the past. Then your soul enters into your earthly field. It often happens, to put it bluntly, that a mess must emerge before you feel compelled to enter into another form of consciousness. It is precisely during a time of crisis that there can be a shift in your awareness, and you can then look at yourself from a broader perspective.

The consciousness inside you then becomes very silent and still. Feel that silence for a moment; look at something in your life for which you have no answer, something you have already thought about numerous times, have looked at it from all sides, and have frequently experienced all the emotions that belong with it. Now find yourself in a still point of looking at the situation without wanting an answer.

Feel how a certain peace immediately becomes present.That is the meaning of giving up "the fight ", which does not mean that everything remains the same and nothing changes. It means you create space for the new, and not by thinking through what is already known and searching for answers and solutions in the past and what is behind you. The unknown, the new, the fresh, can only enter through the silence by way of that which is not known, and through surrender to the silence.

Let the silence that surrounds you flow through your body. By being still in this way, you let go of old certainties, of old ideas of how things should go in your life, of convictions to which you have clung. Allow them all to drift away like the dead leaves from a tree in the Fall, while the energy of your soul blows like a gentle wind through your aura. Imagine that everything that is old, everything you no longer need, everything that has been lived through and digested, blows gently away. It is just when you do not know any longer, that you let go more easily. In this way, a new strength gathers inside of you.

The more your energy field feels empty and uncluttered, the more it can be filled by your soul. And out of the silence bubble up new ideas that are not fed from your head or by your will. The new ideas come to you from without, as it were. Something springs up, all of a sudden, and that does not have to occur immediately. What happens in this process is that inspirations and intuitions emerge freely and naturally, and feed you with new impulses.

At this point, I will explain something about the levels at which you can feel and experience your soul, and there is more than one level at which you can feel and be attuned to your soul. We spoke just now about how the soul may reveal itself through silence, through pure awareness. That experience is also a very deep feeling of being at Home, based on an ability to remain rooted, on being completely in the present, and on not being drawn in by all kinds of distractions caused by thoughts and emotions. That is one of the deepest levels at which you can have a connection with your soul: by sensing its pure Presence.

That state of silence has an immediate, positive affect on your body, your thoughts, and your emotions. It is the healing power of silence. When you are there, the soul is no longer something above or outside you, but is very physically tangible, in the lower half of your body, in your belly, and in your legs and feet. Become aware of how it feels in your body when your soul is fully connected with you, and when you are completely there with your soul. Feel the solidity of this connection, and also its tranquility and peace. This experience of peace and tranquility – that deep stillness – is the basis of all soul connection. If that quiet peacefulness is not there, your connection with your soul is not complete.

Why do I say this? Because there is another level from which you can connect to the soul and that level is located physically higher in your energy field. Many of you are intuitively gifted and also clairvoyant. From your sixth sense, from your energetic ability to perceive everything around you, you can pick up the moods and thoughts of others. This can happen from the third eye, or you may feel others from your heart.

Already, when I start to speak about this, you probably find that your energy is becoming somewhat more restless and ascends upward. The tranquility is gone. You are in danger of losing your center as you tap into the many energies around you. This also happens when you connect in your heart and mind with your ideals of how you would like the Earth to be and your visions of the future. They often lift you up above yourself.

There then seems to be an intuitive connection to your soul, but at the same time, that connection is not entirely grounded, and not fully making it to the silence and the stillness I spoke of earlier. You can be seized by the vision of the new era, a heart centered energy on Earth, and at the same time be very disappointed because it is not happening in your life as quickly as you desire, and because of so much resistance and opposition in the world. In this way, you feel at odds with the society around you and it seems as if you do not fit in with this world.

Although the desires and feelings that you have, the premonitions of the new Earth, are born from the connection with your soul, it is important to allow that energy of inspiration to fully descend into your energy field, your body, and your abdomen. If you have some ideas about what you desire for the future, then feel those ideas and that energy of the future in your heart. Feel, too, for the fire that lives within you and let that fire rise up to fuse the energy more solidly within you.

Then allow that strengthened energy of the future to descend into your abdomen, your legs, and your feet until it becomes silent and still – until you become silent and still. At that moment, your soul, and the messages you receive from your soul, touch the Earth. Then a grounded, realistic flow can get underway, and you stay completely in touch with your earthly reality, while at the same time you also keep connected with your soul. You have then built a bridge between the two.

I see how many of you Lightworkers are totally absorbed at times in visions of another world, while at the same time you lose your connection with this world, here and now, which is not only outside you, but also inside you. You become split, and dichotomies are created between the Light and the darkness inside you and between you and the world outside you. Those dichotomies produce struggle and tension, both within and without.

It is now your challenge to really give up the old and to welcome the new into the depths of your earthly being, at all levels: head, heart, and abdomen. Your soul can only take root on Earth if you allow it to descend deeply into your being, down to the level of the abdomen and pelvis, which connect you to Earth. Feel the peace and silence when you leave thoughts (even psychic impressions) and emotions behind. Just be there, be open to it, and the new will unfold without you knowing how. The arrival of the New Earth, of heart-centered consciousness on Earth, depends on the presence of many people who are both grounded and spiritually evolved. They are the channels.

Relating with Ease

Today we are encouraged to continue with our search for a lighter side to life, specifically in the realm of relationships. It can be all too easy to assume that growth in this area of our lives only occurs from deep and penetrating healing, which uncovers all manner of wounds and issues in the process.

Relationships can feel like extremely hard work when they’re problematic and we may sometimes risk making them even harder work in our efforts to solve the perceived problems. Whilst it’s certainly true that our connections to other people often trigger the deepest and most intransigent issues in our psyche, it’s also true that sometimes we may over-egg the pudding in that respect!

So today we’re invited to step out of the mind-set which says it all has to be hard work and old wounds must be raked over in order for forward motion to occur, into one that enables a lightness of heart and spirit which can reveal a fresh perspective without the blood, sweat and tears we were anticipating.

This shift isn’t about a miraculous moment where everything is healed and we live happily ever after, but a willingness to look through fresh eyes, from a different angle, in order to recognise what we may be missing in our blinkered focus upon the problems. In doing so we may perceive new possibilities for ourselves and those with whom we are connected. Perhaps we have missed an obvious route to understanding and peace.

Maybe we are expecting too much from everyone involved, assuming that the perfect relationship is our birth right when the one we have is, in human, imperfect terms, not all bad by a long chalk. Perhaps all the talk of soul mates and the existence of our perfect other has influenced our perception of relationship in ways not conducive to the practicalities of everyday life shared with another flawed and imperfect human being.

Sometimes, if we want a relationship to work we just have to be prepared to let it be what it is and make the best of it. And if we don’t want what it is we just have to walk away. Not always, of course. Sometimes the work needs to be done and it’s part of our path, but it can be easy, in this day and age, to assume that every relationship needs to be a hot bed of healing, insight and ascension, when in fact its purpose in our life may be to keep us grounded and in touch with the flawed and frustrating aspects of the human realm, in which the ‘perfect’ other does not exist, for ourselves or those we’re in relationship with.

Maybe it doesn’t sound much like a ‘lighter side’, but more a doom laden message of eternal relationship dissatisfaction, but it isn’t. Because if we can accept our relationships for what they are and then decide, given what they are, whether we do in fact want them or not, we can act with greater clarity of purpose in that area of our lives. If we want to share our life with someone we can be more accepting of the parts of them which we don’t want around, just as we can be more accepting of the aspects in ourselves which make relating a challenge.

We can release ourselves from the need to make everything right, to shape our relationship to fit an ideal and just live it for what it is. Doing so can be the greatest act of love we may ever undertake, because acceptance of imperfection and continuing to love none the less is one of the most healing forces in the universe.

It’s not without reason that the heavens highlight such issues at this time. Next month we enter an eclipse season prior to the next Uranus/Pluto square at the beginning of November. How we manage our connections with others is an important part of the landscape throughout this phase. If we’re expending energy trying to forge the ‘perfect’ connection when the potential for such a thing is not present at this time, we will be wasting energy best used elsewhere.

And if we fail to capitalise upon the positive aspects of our relationships, instead dwelling on the parts which still do not work in the way we believe they should, we could be denying ourselves the support of an ally and the nourishment of a connection which, whilst not perfect, may in fact be exactly what we need anyway, to keep us grounded and in touch with the truths of life in the human realm.

So if we find ourselves being drawn into the analysis and deconstruction of relationship dynamics today, it’s a good time to stop for a moment, step back, remember that we’re all imperfect beings stumbling through life as best we can, and then seek the brighter side of the situation. And if there isn’t one, then that too is a message, and one of which we would be wise to take note!

Take good advantage of the enlarging energies of this Equinox, Full Moon and planetary configurations above. Thinking about these things "later, after my TV show," or "later, after that meeting," or even, "not now, I'm too tired to think of anything," just shows how little you pay attention to the things, the precepts, the foundations that formulate your reactions, choices and actions in the here and now. It also means the daily grind complaining you air-headedly chat with others wastes your energies, which is why you always feel wasted by day's end. Tailoring your days around physical gratification doesn't allow you to practice spiritual focus. In our present climate, the two don't mix.
