PULE: BODY OF LIGHT (Malay Shamanism)

The Cathars were an ancient Gnostic group that called themselves the Pure Ones, after their Goddess known as the Pure One. This was their term for the Virgin Great Mother Mari.

They claimed to possess a secret manuscript that had been transmitted down through the centuries. The Cathars and the Knights Templar adopted it. The Book of Mari was the foundation of the Cathar Church of Love.

The existence of this lost gospel was revealed when the Catholic Church subjected the Cathars and the Templars to torture. Its contents revealed a secret skill, possessed by all humans, which is said to grant one the ability to control the forces of nature, and to transform ordinary human flesh and blood into that of an immortal body of light.

The Cathars believed that the object of life on Earth was to transform the human body into an immortal vessel of light.

The Book of Mari contained a song, which when sung properly, began the transformation process of the human body into a vessel of light. The Essene culture of the Middle East had a similar song which was sung as a solar liturgy. When combined with certain solar practices, these sounds led to the transformation process. There were many variations of this practice in many cultures.

In Indonesia, there have been many famous spiritual masters who are believed to have vanished from the physical plane by attaining the “Body of Light”. In Indonesia, the process is called “moksha”, the meaning of which refers to the literal transformation of the body.

The Body Of Light Mantra raises the overall vibration of the physical body. It also increased the amount of light that the physical body may hold.

By regularly chanting the mantra, many mystics believe that at the moment of one’s so called death, one would undergo the “perfect death” and be able to etherealize the physical body. The student would then immediately function in the Body of Light without any break in consciousness.

For the power of the mantra to be effective, they believe that one would have to tread the spiritual path with sincerity, honesty, and purity of heart. There are a large number of powerful spiritual experiences associated with the use of this mantra. Most of these experiences related to the visualization of light beings, kundalini surges, and powerful movements of light within the body of the user.

According to legend, memorizing the body of light mantra causes changes within the mind and body of the user. The culmination of these changes is the creation of the human body of light.

Once a person becomes a light being, he or she may at times return to earth in order to teach others. The body that they inhabit is immortal and requires neither food, water, nor air for sustenance. The body of light may at times take human form for specific purposes, but is not locked into any particular shape. Many spiritual cultures believe that this is the next step in man’s higher evolution.

According to Dr. Satori,"Lyra is the 12th dimensional star-gate. It is the gateway to higher dimensions outside of the 12 dimensional energy matrix of which the Earth is part. Currently the Earthy exits within a three dimensional wave form pattern of energy. The first dimension relates to the inner Earth kingdom and the second dimension to the Great Central Sun.

Star-gates or inter-dimensional energy portals have been progressively opening and allowing ever higher dimensional energy into Earths atmosphere since January 2000. These star-gates will continue to progessively open until December 2012, affecting the Earths energy fields and preparing the Earth grids for a shift to a fifth dimensional energy patterning.

The purpose of embodied souls on Earth is to return to the fullest expression of their soul potential within the 12 dimensional system. In doing so they return to the pure image of Adamic creation. (creation in the form of Adam or the Atom). But this not all. Our purpose is to now move beyond this 12 dimensional energy matrix through a 13th aeon or 13th stargate.

Within the Song of Lyra are the keys and codes of light, sound and vibration which will enable the DNA patterning to change and therefore the cells of the body to begin to be rebuilt according to an altered biological design. This will give rise in the time ahead to a new biological pattern and evolutionary cycle for mankind along with the Earth our home.

This new biological patterning will be through a 72 cell light grid structure instead of the present 64 cell light grid structure. The 72 cell light grid will allow for an altered ratio of the constituents of biological composition of the human body, namely the nitrogen, oxygen, carbon and hydrogen ratios.

The alteration in cellular biology and chemistry of the body with light passing through a 72 light cell grid will pave the way for altered biological form. This alteration in biological form will take three generations to stabilize as the body must alter genetically over time, however the Earth Shift of 2012 will initiate and require marked physical change. I am told that within 100 years the people of this planet will look different. They will function on a higher dimensional waveform energy pattern and hold a much higher light quotient within the cells of the body. The cells of the body will also function more efficiently. The people of the future will therefore live longer and be healthier.
In the next five years I belive that there will be many changes on Earth as people are polarised towards love or fear. Remember that there is only really LOVE. FEAR is the really an illusion that something bad may happen. Please understand that you are no longer the YOU you think you are. You are moving rapidly into your souls true beingness. Be aware that even though you are living a human existence and are of the Earth, you are also of the heavens.

It has always been part of a greater Divine plan for this entire galaxy that the human creation, the human being, should go through a process of evolutionary change and experience aligned with the conclusion of this Annus Magnus or great year cycle of 25, 920 years. An evolutionary upgrade for Earth and her people is soon to occur as has been written.

As part of the physical remodelling of man to allow for existence on a fifth dimensional Earth with its faster pulsating energy wave form pattern, the energy anatomy of the physical body, the DNA patterning or coding function and the cells of the body must be upgraded. The chakra system of the body and the axiatonal feeder line system, the incoming energy feeder lines that come into the body from the higher dimensions must be prepared to synthesise and pull through the physical body and energy circuits more energywhich is more light."

Meditation: The Point Is Getting To Zero-Point

You know, there's nothing like a moment of creativity to really solve a problem or be inspired with a new idea.

I remember when I was teenager, whenever something heavy was  on my mind ... like if I couldn't figure out how to deal with a friend that was being difficult or if I was having problems with a big assignment at school, my mother would always put her arm around me and say, Just sleep on it, honey. 

I never really understood how powerful that advice was until much, much later. Because at first, I just couldn't make it "work".  I'd go to bed and the problem would still be swirling in my head.  I didn't know how to just quiet my mind and "sleep on it".

But once I learnt how to center my mind, ideas would come to me like water on tap.

Don't you just love it when that happens?  That feeling of eureka.  That "Wow why didn't I think of this earlier" moment. It could be an inspiration to start something new. Or it could be an idea to solve a problem that has been bugging you for a long time.

But how often do you have those wonderful moments of inspiration?  Once a week, a month ... a year? Do you even remember the last time you had an eureka moment?

Don't you wish you could have your creativity on call instead of on hold? 

It's possible to have these eureka moments anytime you can get to that Zero-Point Silence in your Heart-Mind (sacred heart) space.


As we develop intimate relationship with and give constant adoration to our I AM Presence, miracles begin to happen including instant manifestation, spontaneous transformation and absolute knowing. This occurs simply through the constancy of our unwavering focus placed upon the Greater. In doing so, spiritual energy around us intensifies and expands as the points of light within every cell of our flesh body respond in tremendous gratitude. As our attention continuously pours out Love to the I AM of our being, an impenetrable radiance of light forms around our body encasing us in a protective tube of light of great magnetization and transformative influence to the outer world.


Here's a meditation that we do in my Halau's live classes.  Try it and see how it helps you to find your Self.

MEDITATION:  FINDING YOUR INNER GUIDE

Allow your body to gently relax. Move yourself around on your chair until you feel perfectly comfortable.

Now I want you to move your attention DOWN from your head to your chin and DOWN from your chin to your throat and DOWN from your throat to your chest. DOWN, DOWN to your stomach.

Now move down into that safe place deep within yourself, that place which is just below your navel. This is your sacred sanctuary, a place that only you know about.

From that place, I want you to move into the hallway in your mind. Along the hallway are many doors. One particular door is of golden light. You feel drawn by that door and you move through the door of light into a place of peace, comfort and protection.

Once through the door, you find yourself on a path through the woods. As you move along the path, you faintly hear the sound of water. Birds sing in the trees. The sunlight filters through the canopy of deep, green trees overhead. A warm, gentle breeze caresses your face and blows lightly through your hair. You feel as if you are being kissed by God. The smell of the forest and of wild flowers surrounds you, bathing you in an essence so sweet and so wild that your senses are reeling.

You come to a body of water. Because it is part of the enchanted forest, this water is pure, clean and clear. It is cool and inviting. You sit on the edge of the bank and dip your cup into the sacred water and you drink. You are comforted and refreshed.

You arise and continue moving on your path through these wondrous woods. Soon you come to a clearing in the trees. The clearing, surrounded by stately oaks with branches extended to protect you, is colored with wild flowers that accent the greens of the grasses and the brown-black of the tree barks. You breathe deeply the sweet air.  You know this place; you've been here before.  Maybe in your dreams or maybe in life - it doesn't matter. You just know that it is your haven.

There is wonderful, soft green grass growing here and it invites you to sit down and rest. Now you begin to hear in the distance ethereal music … Tibetan bells … flute music … soft chanting … listen carefully and feel drawn to the music.

You look up and see purple mountains in the distance. As you look, a tiny golden Light appears. It draws closer and closer to you. It floats gently up the path toward your little sanctuary. Its light is soft and gentle, yet it shines with a kind of brilliance you have never seen.

As it reaches the outer edge of your sanctuary, it stops and becomes a large pulsating crystalline light. You watch. You wait. You give the light permission to enter your space.

The light draws forward and hovers just before you. The Light shimmers. Soft strands of gold stream forth like a flower blossoming. As each petal of this light unfolds, you see that something or someone is inside.

Then you see before you a wondrous being that you recognize as your spirit guide. You know it is your spirit guide because you feel a strong surging of love pouring out from it to you and you feel, deep in your heart, a strong answering outpouring of love from you to it. You feel completely safe with this being. It may or may not tell you its name, but it calls you by your name.

Spirit Guides will take any form that you need to understand right now. It can be in the form of a human, an animal, an object or some divine form. See it!  Imagine it! Know it is real!

What form is your spirit guide in? What shape is it? If it is human, is it male or female? What does it smell like? What color is it? What does it feel like?

Begin to carry on a conversation with this wondrous being. Ask its name. What is its purpose? Why has it come to you?  Let this being communicate with you and tell you why it is working with you.  In these ways, you assure yourself that this being is truly here to help you.

Once you are assured this being is meant to guide you, ask your guide what you need to know about your life at this time. Tell your guide anything that is disturbing to you at this time.  Ask it how best to call upon it in the future.

Ask it to let you know it is there, consciously, within the next few days, whenever you need help.

When you feel finished, thank your guide for the opportunity to meet and work with it.

As the golden light folds back up around your guide, send it off with your best thoughts and love. As it withdraws from your space, moving back up the path, you sit back down in your spot. You understand that in this inner sanctuary you invite any and all of your guides into your awareness.

This is exciting and you are fascinated with your experience, your experience of expanding your horizons. You breathe deeply, relaxing and reliving in your mind, what has happened. BREATHE.

As you do so, the path and the woods begin to fade and you find yourself gently coming back to the present… to this room, this time and this place.  You find the golden door and walk back through to your room where you are seated.  Breathe and open your eyes.  When you are ready, be sure to drink some water and maybe eat a slice of bread to ground yourself.

It would be helpful to you if you wrote down all you have experienced, exactly as it happened, so you remember what your inner guide helped you to discover within yourself.

The Halau recently enjoyed a wonderful span of time coming together to learn and attune to working as a unified group consciousness coherently contributing to the Planetary Crystalline Grid.  At the Washington school, we enjoyed the added bonus of communion in a cloistered living situation.


Within hours of this experience, a plethora of similar live-in/learning opportunities manifested on the Halau's  calendar!  We're literally catching The Wave ... and a glint of light off the Water caught my eye and caused me to ponder thus:


That the purpose of group life is to commune in consciousness and overcome the separativity of the personality. All activity in a group life is intended for such a purpose. We shall have to tune up with the soul consciousness and continuously remember that each one of us is a soul. Everyone shall recollect himself as the soul and interact with others as the soul. This recollection enables the realization of brotherhood, which would result in integration with the One Soul that prevails in the group. Our personalities can be parked outside, and we shall live inside as souls.


In three days of group life, normally a temple is built. On the dawn of the fourth day the temple should be constructed. Three nights and three days, by the conclusion of it, the Temple shall be built if each one of us contributes a brick to it.


We shall have to recollect ourselves as souls; this recollection itself transforms ourselves as the bricks. The angles of the personality drop off the moment we recollect ourselves as souls. There is no such thing as time when we recollect the soul consciousness. The time concept disappears when the stone is transformed into the brick. That is how we can quickly transform ourselves into bricks and become part of the Temple. When once this Temple is built, the "ONE about whom not much can be spoken", decides to reside within. Let that be the approach to group life.

Where is the safest place to stand when a hurricane hits?

Yes, in the eye, or the center, of the storm. We all know about it...the calm in the middle of the storm. So what does this have to do with your life?

Just as a hurricane builds up through pressures in the atmosphere, the pressures in your life can easily build up until nothing but chaos seems to be around you.

From the daily rat race, economic crisis, marriage troubles, the loss of a loved one, the chaos of keeping a home together and so on so forth, pressures build up in our lives everyday.

Most people will attempt to fight against the chaos...to force their way through the storm and get out. But all that will happen is a constant fight that eventually leads to exhaustion... or in other words, they burn out.

Have you ever experienced burn out? It's not a very nice place to be in. Even the simplest of tasks is extremely difficult to do when you don't have the energy.

And worse than not being able to do things for yourself is the fact that you can't even be there for those who depend on you.

Surviving the hurricane of life doesn't have to lead to burn out. It's all about knowing how to find your center.

Those who know how to do this are the ones who can stay calm despite the chaos that is happening around them. They know the secret of centering themselves.


Learn how to easily find your center, and never face another moment where you feel exhausted and powerless.
