Sabbe tasanti daṇḍassa.
Sabbesaṃ jīvitaṃ piyaṃ.
Attānaṃ upamaṃ katvā;
na haneyya na ghātaye.
All tremble at punishment.
Life is dear to all.
Put yourself in the place of others;
kill none nor have another killed.
