Ingredients
1 cup almond milk1 banana
1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1/4 cup oats
4 ice cubes
1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender starting with almond milk and ending with cinnamon. Blend for 2 minutes or until smooth. Top with chia seeds and enjoy!Serves 2.
