Have you ever loved a place that isn't there anymore? Maybe you had an unkempt field made for exploring, or a patch of woods that was as familiar as your front door ... and then a fire, flood, or bulldozers wiped it away. Today, let's explore the loss of natural spaces and how we can give back in order to help heal the earth and our own personal cuts and bruises. Very often people will react to places that are burned or mined or somehow damaged, and it will trigger something in their own psyches that has been damaged and needs to be repaired, needs to be healed and they'll spend a lot of time on that. The coal mine, or the tree struck by lightning, issues an invitation to examine their own lives in a way that's very different from therapy, or reading a book, or thinking rationally.


Be The Change ...

Find a part of nature that may be scorched, scarred, or is no longer there. Remember why you loved this place and what made it beautiful, or just walk around and let your thoughts wander. Maybe you'll find some healing, or learn something along the way.

Dear Ones,

We have called this time New Life Awakening – your spiritual journey through human birth into Homo Luminus – becoming an awakened being of Light in the fullness of your human form. You are in the process of incorporating your Divinity and your human-ness as a co-creator in the evolution of consciousness on the Earth.

As with all spiritual journeys, there are initiations, portals through which the devotee must pass in order to incorporate the next level of spiritual awakening. And so it is now as you approach the Lion’s Gateway from July 26 through August 12 – a two-week portal with extreme waves of Light that will activate the coding within your DNA to the next level. This will assist your integration of the 5D imprint that is a part of your Soul’s Destiny, if you are the one reading this work.

When we look at the Earth we see the sparks and flares igniting as the awakening codes are firing within each open heart on the planet. By the12th of August there will be a fireworks display the likes of which we have never seen. The Heavens are celebrating you and honoring your commitment to assist in this planetary awakening.

The Gyroscope within Your Being
To integrate and ground these new light codes, you will need to strengthen the Gyroscope in the heart of your being so you can stay in True Balance. You do this with your preparation and intention, as well as with the assistance of the Masters and Archangels working with you. As you let these Waves of Light clear the last vestiges of old energy from your mental/emotional fields, you will awaken higher frequencies in your physical body while anchoring the power of Light on the earth. Consider the fact that you do this work not only for your own spiritual evolution, but for that of all humanity, even though they may be currently unaware of this opportunity.

As you hold and anchor the new frequencies on the great interconnecting Web of Life, you become a magnetic Beacon of Light. If you have used them in the past, you will find they have taken on a new frequency of Awakening Light.

5. Most of all, keep Hope, Faith and Trust alive as you walk thorough yet another initiation portal into new life awakening in the 5th Dimensional Realms where you now live. You are so loved and cared for in this process. As Beacons on the Web of Life, you are the ones who are bringing the awakening Light into manifest consciousness, and it is Good.

Sunrise-Sunset Sungazing Ritual

This is an exercise that builds the foundation of The Halau's energy grid as it facilitates your body's ability to absorb and integrate greater frequencies of the Light.

This stellar transmission is meant to stimulate the building and grounding of our Group Antahkarana while supporting our alignment with our divine source of power on a daily/weekly basis.

Prepare yourself for this transmission 15 minutes prior to sunrise or sunset.

Find a secluded place where you will not be disturbed that is in direct view of the rising or setting sun. If you do not have access to such a space (secluded OR direct access to the Sun), do the best you can while attuning inwardly to the Sun. It is preferable to have your bare feet directly upon the ground to create a more intimate connection with Mother Earth and to support the grounding of the stellar energies.

Close your eyes and begin to breathe deeply, drawing in as much fresh air as you possibly can. Allow this living prana to permeate your entire being, saturating your cells with revitalizing oxygen and life force. Call forth a full bathing of your body and our Group Body in the Violet Transmuting Fire... transforming all patterns into their perfected state. Keep breathing. Begin to merge your consciousness with our Group Body.

Attune now to the crystalline core of the Earth. FEEL and SENSE the vast consciousness of Mother Gaia vibrating and stirring beneath you. Place your attention now upon your Earth Star chakra... 6 inches below your feet. Feel the grounding, magnetic presence of this energy centre. On the inhale breath, draw platinum light up from your Earth Star, passing through your feet and legs. Keep drawing the energy up, through your root centre all the way up your spine and out the top of the head, through your Soul Star to finally merge with your Stellar Gateway – the energy centre that resides 12 inches above your head which serves as a portal for our I AM Presence to anchor cosmic energy into our physical form. Hold the platinum light here as you finish your inhale, polarizing your entire energy body with this prismatic light.

As you exhale, direct this energy down the front of your body, completing the cycle as it returns to your Earth Star. Continue this circular breathing for 8-10 minutes, deeply infusing your body with the platinum light of the Great Central Sun.

While you are breathing, you may raise your arms up to your sides to allow the light of the Great Central Sun to enter your hand chakras. This energy will travel through your etheric circuitry straight into the Inner Sun’s Presence within your heart, amplifying the power of this solar activity.

Once you have fully connected the Alpha and Omega centers through your cyclic breathing and the Sun is within minutes of rising or setting, open your eyes and stare directly into It’s center. If this causes any discomfort, close your eyes for a few moments and try again. Allow yourself to build up a tolerance at your own pace.

During this time of deep connection with the Sun, you may attune to the consciousness of the planetary crystalline grid. See and feel the streams of platinum light from every member of our Group Body penetrating this energy matrix. Once again on the inhale breath, draw this energy of unity consciousness down through the crystalline grid, channeling it through your body into the Earth, completing a mighty cycle. If you find it challenging to hold this visualization on during a breath cycle, just do your best and keep to the regular Earth Star/Stellar Gateway breathing and polarizing.

As you continue to receive these solar frequencies through the window of your eyes, you may wish to soul travel to the Cities of Light within the etheric bands of the Suns. Allow your I AM Presence to guide you. Attune to your own Solar Presence within the Great Central Sun. Feel the amplification of your Great Central Sun Magnets.

Once the sun sinks below or rises farther above the horizon, bring your focus back to your Earth Star and Stellar Gateway and your orbital breathing. Focus on grounding these stellar frequencies throughout your body and into the Earth. Spend a moment if you wish, transferring this amplified energy throughout the unified field.

Bring your hands to your heart in loving gratitude for this divine exchange.

Vasumi: Kin 157: Red Magnetic Earth (Friday 19 July)

Welcome to the Red Earth cycle where we get to explore synchronicity and what it is to truly listen, expanding our consciousness beyond old limitations of time... To open our ears and consciousness to cycles, spinning now, before and into the future, expanding our awareness to bring in understanding of evolution as we stand in it, right here, right now, that we may understand our next step, as we listen for the signs and synchronicities that guide us...

An interesting practice for this cycle, is to become like a turtle, eyes open wide and begin to listen in regards to standing still and being prepared to take the next step in the most perfect direction... Now roll your eyes to the left and around slowly taking in all that you see and hear until you are expanding your reach of contact beyond the physical and keep doing that same action with your consciousness way back into the past then forward into the future, and you may get a sense of what this cycle is about... I was demonstrating to a person born on a Red Earth day what Red Earth meant, and this came thru and was very transcendental and gave us both deep understanding of the Earth cycle...

So today we begin the new cycle of evolution, synchronicity and navigation… Just as a tracker in the jungle, we learn to listen and come into alignment with the natural forces around us in order to move forward in alignment with the evolving energy of the times… To pay attention to where we have come from, to see where we are now, in order to see where we are going…

A time of listening for the movements around us to guide us in the most direct route to where we are going… This is not a time for impetuous movement from the mind, this IS  a time to watch, learn and listen for the Earth herself to inform the right movements forward… All actions from the mind will spell wasted energy, and yet that will be the learning of this cycle, as the Earth herself teaches us how to listen deeply to her undercurrents and the messages she sends us every day… This energy is akin to the age-old story of the turtle and the hare… Where they both arrive at the finish line at the same time, and so have equal validity, yet this cycle is teaching us the way of the turtle, to go slow and be sure of each step we take, resulting in the conservation of energy and the groundedness of our actions… At this time on the planet and great misuse of Mother Earths abundance we do not have the added extravagance of squandering her resources, that it may have seemed, we once did… We must learn to truly listen or she herself will let us know, as we have witnessed…

This morning we are supported by spirit entering our dreams, to bring messages which are revealing, perhaps a song has come in, a word which has personal meaning to you... Spirit makes its presence known, to support you to listen more deeply for her call... Attracting spirits messages, to align with synchronicities more completely…

This morning we are called to listen deeply for the messages and signs which will reveal our walk over the next time, which step to put forward, which to put back. A great morning for a walk, listening to the bird call, and being aware of the plants and how they sway and talk to you as you centre your attention on them... The Earth is alive and communicating with you, if only you can open your ears and listen...

This afternoon our walk is challenged and strengthened as we become the Hare in this Turtle/Hare configuration… We are called to accomplish the many things we have put aside, a time of action and our capacity to walk with this in a humble and listening way so that all that is really neccessary to be accomplished will be…

This evening we may feel the presence of the ancestors pointing the finger forwards to the seeding of the New Time, based on choosing to acknowledge the ancient future wisdom that lies deep in our bones and the rocks and stones and trees of our PachaMama Earth... Holding presence, setting the intention to grow to the heights of our potential, together with the harmonic matrix, listening, knowing our connection with all of life, co-creating the New Time…

Owen Waters: The Inspiration of Humanity

The universe is designed to be reflective. Whatever you put out comes back to you. This is called the Law of Action and Reaction, the Law of Karma, or is simply referred to using the phrase, "What goes around comes around." 

However, in spiritual work, there is a way to increase what comes around. What goes around can actually come back as more than you gave, and this involves a paradox. In your spiritual practices, you can generate a deep feeling of peace and inspiration; one which brings a wonderful sense of spiritual upliftment. For example, in your meditations, you may become inspired with a vision of a future world filled with peace and freedom for all. 

You may see, in your mind's eye, a future world where everyone on the planet is safe, and where you can journey to anywhere on the planet with ease. In this future, you see that everyone is consciously aware of their heart's connection to the hearts of each and every other human being on the planet. In this supportive environment, everyone has complete freedom to express their unique creativity as their contribution to a loving society. 

As you breathe deeply of the clean, fresh air in that vision of the future, you feel your connection to the Mother Earth and to the life-giving Sun which shines ceaselessly upon our world. Then, you send your love and gratitude to the Earth and the Sun, and wait in quiet anticipation as those great, conscious beings send their love and inspiration to you in return. 

While in that state of deep inspiration, it occurs to you that most of humanity desperately needs this type of upliftment; that most souls on this planet today are starving in a self-created, spiritual wilderness. This brings you to the realization that you have the opportunity to be of service to humanity through an act of self-sacrifice; through an act of giving up that which you have in order to help others who would not otherwise be helped. 

While in this state, the sense of unconditional love that you have for humanity virtually begs you to help those who are not yet equipped to do this for themselves. If you now give that state, that energy, that feeling of inspiration away to the group consciousness of humanity, then you have created a vacuum within yourself. 

By the law of action and reaction, that vacuum must be filled. However, an act of self-sacrifice in service to others has a side-effect: It raises the frequency of your consciousness higher than it was before. So, when the vacuum becomes filled with inspiration and upliftment from the universe, it is filled with an even higher frequency of consciousness than before. 

Because of that, you will have become more inspired and more uplifted than ever before. By the act of sacrificing that which you had, you will actually gain more than you had before. Such is the paradox of love in action. 

It is also the basis of the ancient path of Karma Yoga - the pathway to God through action and service. By giving spiritual energy to humankind, you tread a pathway of spiritual action. This powerful pathway of giving what you have, in order to inspire others, is one that leads you to continually higher states of inspiration along your own spiritual path.

Sarah Varcas: 19th to 21st July -- Preparing for the Full Moon

This weekend we are invited to consider issues of vocation. It’s an old fashioned word and not one we hear much these days. More often now we speak of life purpose, our heart’s calling, the thing that brings our soul alive. Vocation is all of these things and yet also something more. It implies an act of service and an element of sacrifice.

A giving up of personal pleasures for a greater cause. It evokes images of nuns and monks, of carers and teachers. We don’t tend to think of vocation when it comes to investing on the stock exchange or running a nightclub. When we embrace our vocation we may need to allow other things to fall away in order to make the space for it to grow and root itself in our life.

At this time the cosmos speaks of updating these views for the modern age in which more and more people are seeking their authentic path rather than following one dictated by circumstance or tradition. We all have a vocation, that thing we are here to do or be, the thing which makes us feel most alive. And yes, it may be running a nightclub, driving a bus or stacking shelves and chatting to customers as we go. It doesn’t have to be some hugely dramatic life that gets us loads of attention and admiration. And it certainly doesn’t have to be super ‘spiritual’ or involve psychic and healing powers!

No vocation makes us more special than other people because we all have one. We all have our own part to play and whatever that part is, we need to be playing it with all our might. Even if we haven’t found it yet it’s out there, waiting for us to recognise its call and embrace its gifts. This weekend that call is becoming louder and clearer. It is time to listen and respond; to sacrifice more and more of those things in our life which do not resonate with that which brings our soul alive.

It is often this element of sacrifice which becomes the stumbling block. We fear giving up familiar securities for the unknown of a new path with no guarantees. We resist reducing material pleasures to follow a calling which fails to feed our bank account in the manner to which we have become accustomed. The material world has a tremendously strong grip upon us and it can be a lifetime’s work to even free ourselves from its stony hand! Trouble is the heavens are telling us now we don’t have a lifetime to spend extricating ourselves from the things that bind and suppress us. This lifetime is about freedom so we need to get on with it and liberate ourselves pronto!

But of course, in their infinite benevolence the heavens offer all manner of support on the path this weekend. Today we have the help of Venus and the Sun who encourage us to take a different point of view on an old stumbling block. It may be money, it may be lack of confidence, it may be plain old fear of change, but whatever it is they ask us, today, to look at it from a different angle. Instead of re-running the same old thoughts, try out some new ones and see how that feels. Remember that our thoughts are ours, and as such we are free to change them at any time into something more helpful and constructive.

Come Saturday, Mercury is preparing to turn direct which it does at 6:19 p.m. GMT. In the 14thdegree of Cancer it speaks to us of the need to stand back from life and take stock, considering our position from a place of solitude so that all those external voices cannot influence the decisions we make. And likewise we must listen to our internal voices too, discerning which are ours and which we have taken on from others in our lives. It is time to claim our own thoughts and feelings and release those which were never ours in the first place but only masqueraded as such. This weekend is one of reclaiming ourselves, of coming home to who we really are, minus the layers we have gathered along the way.

Shortly after Mercury’s about-turn the Moon enters earthy Capricorn, creating a Kite out of the now famous Grand Trine in Water. Whatever this astrological event has done for us in the past week, wherever we have felt it the most, the Moon now encourages us to make its healing a reality in our lives. This takes discipline and commitment.

A willingness to break old habits and embrace new, more healthy and life-affirming ones. This Moon speaks of our emerging power, not to control and shape life but to step into it and sacrifice ourselves to it, knowing that in doing so we become so much more than we could ever be when we try to shape it according to our own preferred design. For this is our true vocation: to serve life, not have life serve us, and in so doing we will discover blessings we never imagined possible in our lifetime.

Contemplations on vocation are indeed timely now and will be further energised by the coming Full Moon in Aquarius, so this weekend we have a wonderful opportunity to ask ourselves what really makes our heart sing and then take steps towards making it the foundation of our everyday lives.

Vasumi: Red Serpent Wavespell

As we enter the Serpent Wavespell we can expect 13 days of intensity. Along with the Serpents love of being in the midst of the action and drama of life, this cycle has 10 GAP (Galactic Activation Portal) days in a row, one of only two 13-day cycles to have this.

My experience of GAP days is they tend to be days where the flood gates to increased frequency are opened, where new energy enters onto the Earth, and we all become conduits for that energy...

As the dimensional doorways are opened, this brings a huge new energy [private]that has no relation to anything we have experienced before, which puts us into survival mode as we deal with what we have not known before and have no previous experience to base our actions upon… So saying this you are prepared…

Due to all the new energy flooding in, all our ways of identifying ourselves that have built up since the last 10 days of GAPs (Seed wavespell - 210 days previously ago), that are not actually aligned with the reality of who we are, begin to come undone, crumbling in the face of our job to be conduits for new energy...

At least this has been my experience in the past 17 years of sailing through this cycle... In the past I have watched as the intensity and rawness of this cycle undoes us and brings us to a rawness that is akin to a great stripping away...

And we shall see what shall be in this cycle, and be prepared for it to be nothing and everything like this...

And so onto the day by day uncovering of this magical harmonic matrix...

KIN 105: RED MAGNETIC SERPENT 

This is the first of the 13-day Serpent wavespell… As mentioned, probably the most intense cycle of them all… The cycle where we are faced with what is really necessary in our lives… Where our instinct for survival kicks in… Where we leap before we look into the immediacy of life doing us… Where the capacity for the serpent energy to rise from our base to our crown, possibly resulting in strong kundalini experiences in the higher octave of this energy..

We are supported today as we attract new energy through a deep receptivity in the early pre-dawn morning… This very shamanic receptivity supports an openness to many dimensions, able to receive those energies and anchor them deep into our mother in a state of timeless enchanted state… Early morning meditation today as the key to activating the kundalini fire of this 13-day journey we are embarking on…

From sunrise we may feel increased energy and jump into the day full force... The challenge that strengthens arrives this afternoon as we allow ourselves space to attract an energy of heightened vision which brings discernment as to where the new energy is coming from in this spiraling swirl of a day…

The hidden gift arrives after sunset, as we fearlessly focus towards the most illuminated source... With a Warrior like focus, questioning all that would keep us from holding presence as a shining light, thus revealing the pathway from the crown to the base chakra and clearing the neuro-pathways for kundalini activation…

So blessed be dear hearts, may we clear as much as possible to allow the free flow of energy from Father Sky to Mother Earth…

KIN 106: WHITE LUNAR WORLDBRIDGER 

Today we may look to what is really necessary for our survival, letting go by releasing attachment to all that does not allow our physical space to be the most divine temple, clear of clutter… In this we may move forward with the ‘isness’ of this moment, anchoring fully into the physical plane of life, clear and pristine, encouraging the opportunity for anyone to show up at any time… Allowing a full surrender into the physical body, so that we become an initiating bridge or doorway from the dimensions of heaven to the dimensions of earth...

We may find ourselves very awake in the pre-dawn, and this may be a great time to choose to actually get up and stretch our bodies, a great time for yoga, to allow the body to expand and allow more life force to course through... This will probably not be a morning to sleep in...

From morning to noon, we may find ourselves re-arranging the places we are in and creating more space and order... Or even travelling and exploring new worlds, guided by our instincts...

By afternoon a good walk thru nature, where we have the capacity to see far... To feast our eyes on distant horizons as we focus and absorb the beauty of natures bounty, which can give us strength as we walk the good red road… To know that to truly view a flower opening right now, in this moment, is worth a lifetime of memories that we can no longer feel… To fearlessly walk a path of beauty that reveals a world of harmony…

In the evening, the importance of healing communities that allow us to connect and co-create with others may come into our consciousness, as foundations for living the new time... This is the gift of this day.... The vision of healing community, where all are committed to their own healing and the healing of the collective conditioning… Where all who participate realise that it is up to each one of us to heal in order to benefit the whole, that we may look to the utopian view of a world that is coming into being through our own efforts…

Today is also a PV (Pacal Votan) day, representing one of the 13 Clear Signs found on the tomb lid of Pacal Votan when it was opened in the Temple of Inscriptions in Palenque in 1952… Here is how this revealed itself to the Red Queen, uncovered in her awareness through synchronicity, just as it occurs for us all, personally and collectively… Today is also the beginning of 10 GAP (Galactic Activation Portal) days, to me this signifies a time of accelerated activation as we receive the download of the intensification of NEW interdimensional energy…

KIN 107: BLUE ELECTRIC HAND 

Today is the 2nd day of the 10 GAP days, where through inter-dimensional doorways new energy is pouring through onto the planet…

Today the Serpent gets activated, here the electrical currents begin to move, as we learn to trust our actions and allow raw kundalini energy to uncoil sending currents of energy through our emotional bodies that serve to heal... Trusting ourselves to play and allow our instincts to reveal the course of action activates the most vital raw energy that cleanses our nervous systems and serves activation…

All choices that served in the past to forge bonds that allowed our independent quests, now support us in the pre-dawn present, as soul family and their influence in our lives, allow us to rise fearless, ready to choose yet again to walk forward on the good red road, allowing the influence of our tribal bonds to serve to activate the web of connectedness and love as an ever-expanding web of awakening family… Choosing to serve by activating the wisdom of unconditional love to spread across the planet… Activating our connections with others, bonding from a recgnition of fearlessly choosing to serve the wisdom path, honouring and feeling the influence of our ancestors and the web of human family and medicine wheel…

This morning may feel playful as our imaginations get activated by the joy of  going with the flow of childlike wonder, pushing the boundaries of what is 'real'...

This afternoon may we listen for the sparks that ignite energy currents, allowing the turn of synchronicity to reveal direction… Responding to Earths messages strengthens us, activating vision, serving to bEarth anew the spark of life force in perfect timing.

This evening we are liberated thru allowing our highest potential to take root… A sense of freedom comes thru receptivity to many realms… Inverting the outward target, receiving new clear source energy deeply into the nervous system, that the highest flowering be liberated with the deepest possible roots… Releasing a need to co-create and strive, by simply being receptive to the multi-dimensionality of what is, allowing our-cell-ves to feel it all in the stillness of the timeless now…

So Kin 108… What a number is this, the 108 names of the divine within the Hindu way of seeing… Within the Law of Time, Jose Arguelles spoke of the Galactic Mind TransMission as GM108X… So let us look to this Kin and discover what it carries… SelfExisting is the 4th tone of 13 tones and pertains to the mental plane or mind dimension… To define and measure the form of the original purpose as set down at Tone 1 of every 13 Day Cycle or Wavespell, in this case the Magnetic Serpent…

So here we may define the spark of energy as raw life force, that initiates the instinct to survive… The Star is pure harmony, beauty, creativity… So life force is defined as the minds capacity to focus on co-creating the highest potential of seeding beauty and harmony, the seed of life… Beautiful thought that sees the connectedness within the harmonic matrix or geometries of all things is what allows that spark of life force to grow a flame…

This is very important for us to understand and is what is at the basis of these teachings… In order for our life force to become enlivened and keep energising we must think positively – this is not a new age’ism’, it is a fact of life… Maintaining a positive and creative outlook allows life to grow…. Today we are empowered to flow with the synchronicities as they occur... To allow the deep sensitivity to the flow of Pacha Mamas currents as they flow in our own blood....

‘We are the frontline of our bloodlines’

These are words from a powerful song by a dear sistar Elen Evolove in Byron Bay…  A day where purifying our bloodlines occurs through rolling back the generations to truly feel what our ancestors felt, not to attach, but to feel it, to go inside our own bodies where these feelings are stored and truly feel it all, that we may allow all to flow...  The cleansing, purifying flow of our own blood, passed down through generations… Purifying our bloodlines that we may flow forward and evolve with life force empowered, renewed and vital to enter this day, and truly feel and flow as one with the Earths ebbs and flows…

Pre-dawn we may dream the dreams of love, connectedness and how truth comes as a guide to align love with the power of inclusiveness... Empowered by the sword to bring heart and love to all the dark places… That we may surrender to  truth and be empowered in our capacity for unconditional love that radiates to create doorways to new worlds…

In the morning, the power of the earths life force is alive, awake and beckoning us forth into the day, to receive the synchronicities that reveal what needs to purify in order to flow...

In the afternoon we may be empowered by change that heals… You may receive a vision for all of life that is radiant and commands us to accomplish it through allowing change and transformation that heals and empowers…

This evening, we may realise that it is through our conscious choices as co-creators that we will be able to focus and attain our highest potential… Not a solitary path, we will realise how our choices influence and pulse the great creation and choose to create wisely and beautifully the new time for ourselves and our planet Earth…

Day 5 of the GAP days… Today survival is understood by our need for others, for family, to feel akin and belong with others... It is when there are survival e-merge-ncies that we really know ourselves as a human family.. Here is when we organise ourselves to be with others in order to balance our life force... Organising for balance and equality among kin… A day to be open to the connections that instinctively bring balance to our lives and energise our survival… It is also a time when that life force that has been ignited reaches the physical heart and assists it to open... This is the process as adrenalin kicks in, when we are in the most primal and raw situations that command survival... We immediately look for other life to feel one with, this keeps us alive and feeds our life force...

Pre-dawn we may have dreams of water, cleansing and purifying, that lead us to be ready to flow into organising for potential co-creations… Co-creation is dependant on how we physically flow with others, watering these seeds to help them grow… It helps the co-creation process when we balance our bodies with pure water and nourishing food, allowing our cells to grow to their full potential and burst into natural co-creative life force…

This morning we may organise our day to connect with beloveds, or simply connect to the life all around us, merging with other forms of life, the beetles, the ants, the birds, all are our kin...

This afternoon allow the sunlight to balance our bodies, to be in the Sun receiving the nourishing Vitamin D that allows bone building calcium to be absorbed in our intestines… The Vitamin D must also have a connection to our minds capacity to see, to envision, for both parts of our brain to balance in order to allow the creative mind to operate… In short, a great afternoon to be in the Sun, absorbing Vitamin D, and become aware of the capacity for far reaching vision…

This evening we may integrate our co-creative process, playing with many different ideas with our imaginations, looking to the most fantastic realities it is possible to co-create, until we hit on a formula that points to the path to the New Time, through trusting the visions we receive,

Blessed be dear hearts enjoy this balancing day, love your bodies and nourish them with what they need, feed the blood that it may support the heart, and allow the sunlight to nourish your skin, our survival depends upon it… As we do this, visions of the New Earth will integrate, where ALL our kin will have the nourishing food and pure water and sunlight that is needed for building the strong life force that is the fuel that brings love and joy to our bodies…

Today is the 7th day of the 13-day cycle of the Serpent and the 6th of the GAP days, in this cycle of kundalini, life force, survival and intensity… Today we become inspired to trust the abundance that is born of our deep connection to the dreaming of our planet ‘Abundance for all Beings’… Being inspired, joyful and trusting of the abundance that arises as our birthright, as we are vitally connected to the life force of our our mama Earth... Allowing childlike wonder to inspire creation...

Pre-dawn we may have deep dreams of inspired and  illuminated creations that may want to channel through us, resonating the harmony and beauty of spirit...

We may sleep late today and on awakening we may want to trust our dreams, knowing that all is possible when we call on our intuition to lead us to find what we need to be creative today, as we stay deeply connected in the afterglow of our dreams, to what wants to be created today...

Pre-dawn we may have dreams where our independence is integrated through being encouraged to trust our own knowing...

In the morning our intelligence will be illuminated as we feel we have direct access to pure consciousness when we are motivated to go beyond our fears... This brings a capacity to think independently, outside of the box, which integrates our survival...

In the afternoon, we may communicate openly and creatively envision our futures through connecting with people from very different worlds, encouraging no attachment to ownership of any vision as we see that it is all spirits vision, pouring through us all collectively...

Today is Day 10, the day where we manifest the most potent life force through anchoring the frequencies of the cosmos that we explored and experiencedyesterday, down through the gravitational spin of the physical dimension with our breath… Breathing, singing or communicating ourselves into a mode of anchoring a deep receptivity to many dimensions…  Today we honour John Lennon as this is his signature, and his capacity to channel from many dimensions the messages and songs of peace that are necessary for survival…

This pre-dawn we may find ourselves very awake, raring to jump into the day, to manifest our many missions... And yet we may have to wait for the light of day to shine through, a great time for doing Mantak Chias orbiting process, breathing energy from the base chakra up the spine to the crown and down the front of the body to the base and getting that spinning to enliven your life force...

This morning is great for dancing, singing, breath, communicating that manifests expansion in our lives, as we reach out to join with loved ones to share this...

This afternoon visions become manifest as we receive deep wisdom through the plants and gardening... We may also choose to manifest our visions through co-creating with people of influence who are able to seed, see and move forward with a potent creation that focuses on building the New Time...

This evening we set to defining the New Time as we are guided by a deep intuition to see the thought forms that are deep in the unconscious that either help or hinder our move towards our higher potential... Bringing a deep knowing to all that needs to be healed...

Today on this 11th day of the Serpent wavespell, we release the built up life force into the future, with our far-seeing inner vision… Flying above the confines of normal life, bigger pictures and creative visions are revealed to us today, in order that we may focus on futures that ensure the highest potentials for all that we are co-creating…

We are supported in this today my Yellow Spectral Seed, the liberation of the deep receptivity we have harnessed over these last days, in order to spring our focus towards the highest potential we can envision to co-create and bring freedom to the many heightened frequencies that have entered us over the past 11 days…

The challenge yet strength is Red Spectral Serpent, releasing the visions that have guided us to allow them to spring into the moment of active initiation of life force… Allowing the instinctive response to direct us deeper into the depths of this moment, liberating the active movement forward…

Today while in deep meditation I received the divine visions of seeing my work emerge as a daily yogic practise devoted to the energies of the day, including asana, breathwork, guided meditation/visualisation and the myriad other modalities practised throughout a lifetime on the spiritual path… These visions were extremely clear and I was also shown a divine range of adornments and clothing to enhance the daily energies … Oh this Spectral Eagle truly liberates all the life force created and received over the past 10 days of Galactic Activation Portals where we received divine energies from dimensions beyond that which we are aware of…  Keep an eye out for an upcoming retreat in which this work will be bEarthed as we come together to explore what it is to deeply immerse in the New Time beyond the confines of a day to day life of the old paradigm… A true experimental capsule within which to immerse completely in the 1320 harmonic module – as if we ever are not in reality!!! Today is a great day to give deep gratitude and thanks to our Pacha Mama and dedicate our every breath in service to her…

Today is the 13th and final day of the Serpent Wavespell… A day where the presence of survival is felt as our capacity to listen and respond to the cycles of evolution as endured throughout time… Pacha Mama is the recipient jewel through which we receive and respond to these cycles, so it is to listen to the messages that emit through her, the synchronicities that reveal to us our perfect path to survival and heightened life force… To listen and receive her messages as the divine recipient of the Cosmic Consciousness…

This pre-dawn we surrender to channel in the presence of universal love and connectedness to all of consciousness, nothing excluded, full inclusion and allowing that to sing through us, bridging worlds upon worlds upon worlds…

This morning we may trust in the presence of healing that is revealed as the knowing of the greater vision is revealed to our deepest inner-sense, our child-like nature that is drawn to the magic of what we can accomplish…
