Recipe: Vegan Blueberry Cheesecake





Filling:

3 cups raw cashews
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup honey
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup blueberries


Crust:

4 dates
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
1/4 cup crushed almonds
1/2 tspn sea salt
