WEEKLY ASTROLOGICAL REPORT:  APRIL 15-21, 2013

Much more planetary movement this week, with Mercury and Venus changing signs, and towards the end of the week the Sun and Mars also moving into Taurus.

The Sun remains in assertive, courageous, energetic Aries, until Sunday, when it moves into dogmatic, harmonious, loyal, practical Taurus.

The Moon starts the week in chatty, impulsive, flirtatious Gemini. Wednesday it moves into emotional, defensive and sensitive Cancer, with a First Quarter Moon on Thursday, with a need for some fresh starts. Friday it moves into domineering, exuberant, melodramatic Leo, finishing the week there.

Mercury is now in confident, determined, decisive Aries.

Venus moves into demonstrative, sensual, possessive Taurus on Tuesday, with a strong need to relate to a partner.

Mars remains in volatile, dynamic Aries, with high energy levels. The

Generation Planets’ ongoing influence remain the same for quite a while yet as follows:

Jupiter travels direct through tolerant, fun loving Gemini, remaining there until mid 2013, making us generally more changeable overall, to achieve success in challenging situations, but maybe distracting us at times.

Saturn is now in resilient, resolute, competent, and strong-willed Scorpio, where it remains for the next couple of years, and is now travelling Retrograde until the end of June, during this period, it can give some people a need for more privacy, make some feel more insecure, or lacking in confidence, but may also help us define limits in our lives.

Uranus remains in energetic, courageous, self-willed, proud Aries until early 2019, with rebelliousness, or disruptions from our usual routine. It’s now traveling direct again, so we’re maybe not so easily diverted with great ideas.

Neptune is now in sensitive, intuitive Pisces, and can help us gradually develop more empathy, compassion, and build understanding, with a need to remain realistic. It’s now moving direct again, giving more of a balance, making us prone to day-dreaming and deeper intuition, with a need for proportion.

Pluto remains in Capricorn for the foreseeable future, showing knowledge acquired on deeper levels, and realistic recycling in practical ways.

Sun conjunct Venus and Mars - Receptive, gentle dealings with other people. A need to use personal strength of willpower wisely.

Sun sextile Neptune Sunday – Awareness of personal potential.

Sun sextile Moon Tuesday – Tranquil, harmonious relations with others.

Sun square Moon Thursday – Possible subconscious conflict between ego and emotions.

Sun opposite Saturn from Sunday – A lack of confidence or energy at times.

Moon conjunct Jupiter Monday – Honest concern from others with sensitivity.

Moon sextile Uranus Monday – A great rapport with other people.

Moon sextile Mars Tuesday – Personal your enthusiasm stimulates other people into action.

Moon square Mercury and Uranus Wednesday - Possible conflict between mind and emotions. Use imaginative ideas wisely especially if bored.

Moon trine Saturn Wednesday - A prudent, sensible outlook.

Moon sextile Venus Wednesday – Happy personal relationships, with a sense of sharing.

Moon opposite Pluto Wednesday – Possible emotional vehemence displayed in relationships.

Moon sextile Jupiter Saturday – Honesty and empathy shown to others.

Moon square Saturn Friday and Saturday – Seriousness and a need for progress.

Moon trine Mercury and Uranus Friday and Saturday – Shrewd evaluations of people and situations. A need to find out as much information as possible.

Mercury conjunct Uranus – A bright, curious, articulate outlook.

Mercury and Uranus square Pluto – A realistic view of situations. Possible feelings of rebellion against personal interaction.

Mercury and Uranus inconjunct Saturn – A responsible, serious attitude, but a need for balance too. Difficulty establishing priorities in personal obligations.

Venus sextile Neptune – Creative, imaginative ideas, with compassion for others.

Venus opposite Saturn – Possible emotional frustration can cause tension.

ARIES 21 March - 20 April

You’re still putting a great deal of effort into personal goals, but also have a good understanding of situations and people. Towards the weekend you have to re-evaluate your finances, especially if you’ve made some luxury buys. Clear, honest communication remains important, so does avoiding being despondent. You appreciate some personal space, and need professional success.

TAURUS 21 April - 21 May

You’re very intuitive, but inwardly focused at present, and maybe trying to balance what’s in your mind with emotional matters. Towards the weekend you have personal goals in mind and work towards them, and your charisma wins over people. Feeling financially secure is important, so is a close loyal partnership. Try to see friends realistically, and avoid being too self-righteous.

GEMINI 22 May - 21 June

You’re enjoying seeing your close friends, making new acquaintances and generally meeting lots of new people. Towards the weekend you appreciate having some time to yourself to switch off, but may keep your feelings private. Your enthusiasm inspires other people, but remain healthy, if you’re working hard. You may seek professional changes, and need more personal power.

CANCER 22 June - 23 July

You’re still extremely busy working towards your ambitions and career goals, with a responsible, versatile approach. Towards the weekend you have more time to catch up with friends, who you share an emotional bond with. You may need space just to switch off, and time for your personal interests too. You’re drawn to spiritual topics, but need a balance of power in a partnership.

LEO 24 July - 23 August

You’re very busy with lots of travel, long and short journeys, and are generally expanding your knowledge and horizons. Towards the weekend you put much more hard work into your ambitions and seek success in your career. Good humoured friends help you relax, especially when home life is quite stressful. You’re imaginative and intuitive, you’re disciplined with good concentration.

VIRGO 24 August - 23 September

You’re deeply influenced by your emotions and instincts, need to feel loved and wanted by a partner, and a sense of sharing with them. Towards the weekend you’re much more philosophical, perhaps making some holiday plans. Professional success is important, you absorb information at a deep level and learn thoroughly. You need shared dreams in a partnership and are emotionally intense.

LIBRA 24 September - 23 October

You’re enjoying a positive relationship with your partner, building mutual understanding and giving each other some space. Towards the weekend your deeper emotions and instincts guide you, but beware jealousy arising. You enjoy learning something quite new, but have to watch your bank balance. Watch out for an allergic reaction, and try to avoid too much stress.

SCORPIO 24 October - 22 November

You’re extremely busy with work at present, you’re practical with lots of ideas, but get easily bored by dull routine. Towards the weekend you enjoy a positive relations with a partner, and need to identify closely with them. You deal positively with business matters, but are pessimistic at times. You can be idealistic about love, and remain quite private and a bit secretive.

SAGITTARIUS 23 November - 21 December

You’re full of creative ideas, and need to find ways to use them, you also enjoy having some fun and time with children you know. Towards the weekend you focus more on health and work issues, try to avoid too much stress. You maintain a strong, positive bond with your partner, but can feel downhearted at times. Disorganisation is probable at home, but you deal well with your finances.

CAPRICORN 22 December - 20 January

You’re spending a lot of time with your family and might have to organize everything and everyone, but you quite enjoy doing so. Towards the weekend you have more time for personal interests, and spending time pampering yourself. You happily support colleagues at work, and rely on close friends who help you relax. You may find it hard to concentrate, and appear evasive or vague.

AQUARIUS 21 January - 19 February

You’re busy out and about, with a lot going on around you, and a need for clear communication, with so much occurring. Towards the weekend you focus much more on family issues, but are affectionate with loved ones. You enjoy mixing with others, and inspire them, but have to work extremely hard. Your finances seem to be up and down, and you may worry a lot causing stress.

PISCES 20 February - 20 March

You’re probably having to juggle your money at present, maybe spending as fast as you earn, so look at bank statements more carefully. Towards the weekend you catch up with other people, and with your correspondence. You make family life very happy for everyone, but can be wary of upcoming challenges. You have a dreamy, escapist attitude, but rely on your oldest friends.
