Kāyamuniṃ vācāmuniṃ,
manomunimanāsavaṃ,
muniṃ moneyyasampannaṃ.
Āhu ninhātapāpakaṃ.
Silent in body, silent in speech,
silent in mind, without defilement,
blessed with silence is the sage.
